A Walking Group for Moms to Heal, Connect, and Grow
Join us for a weekly walking group created just for moms looking to move their bodies, clear their minds, and connect with other supportive women in the community. Whether you're pushing a stroller, walking solo, or coming with a friend we welcome you with open arms and open hearts.

Our mama walks are $5.00 per month for mamas. Kids are free! All proceeds help to support mamas in our program. Sponsorships available for clients.
